Human support
Let’s get your push moving.
Start with the quick checks below. If they do not solve it, email the developer directly.
Quick checks
- Open CC'ed and confirm notification permission is enabled in Apple Settings.
- Copy the webhook again from the app. Treat it like a password and do not paste it into an email.
- Send the built-in test from the Home screen before testing an external service.
- If a request returns 202 Accepted, check the device’s network connection and notification permission. For a Time Sensitive payload, use Settings → Focus → [Focus] → Apps on iPhone or iPad, or System Settings → Focus → [Focus] → Allowed Apps on Mac, then allow CC'ed or Time Sensitive notifications. When Plus is inactive, the delivered alert is intentionally generic.
- If it returns 404 Not Found, copy the current route again and confirm the device still has an active push registration.
The quick start and API reference cover payload formats, status codes, and working examples.

Purchases and privacy
Use Restore Purchases in CC'ed if paid access is missing. Apple handles billing and subscription cancellation through your Apple ID. Eligible App Store refund requests can be made through Apple’s Report a Problem service. For privacy or deletion requests, read the privacy policy and contact the same address.
